Ready-made items can be exchanged or refunded if they are returned in new condition. I would be interested in why you’re returning the item, but you’re by no means required to tell me.
Shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to my mistake. I do ask that returns be made within 30 days of purchase.
Custom orders are a bit more complicated. If the item is such that it could not be sold to anyone else (for example, personalization or unusual measurements), then I will generally not be able to offer a refund or exchange. However, if the item could be sold to another customer as a ready-made item, then a partial refund will be made. The exact amount will depend upon the amount of design time involved.
