Ordering Information

You may order by telephone, e-mail, or postal service mail (more info below). I will confirm receipt of all e-mail or postal service mail orders.

I can accept both MasterCard and Visa. You may phone me with the information, or request that I send you an email invoice. This invoice will contain a link to a secure site where you may enter your information on-line.

I am also happy to accept money orders, cashier's checks, or personal checks. If you prefer to use PayPal, I can accept credit cards, instant transfers, or e-checks.

If you need a custom rush order filled, please call or email to discuss your item, when you want it and how you would like it shipped. Custom rush orders will entail an additional cost of 20% of the item's regular price, and possibly extra shipping charges as well.

Due to the large number of requests during the Christmas season, orders will be filled in sequence according to when a deposit is received.

Ordering by telephone

You may call me at 1-800-697-1626 or 1-859-231-6610 and tell me what you want. If I'm out, you may leave a message and I will call you back, usually within 24 hours. We can discuss all aspects of your order, and arrange for payment of a deposit if one is needed.

Ordering by e-mail

My e-mail address is kelly@primarilypracticalknits.com. If you like, you may use the e-mail the same way you would leave a message on my answering machine. You can even ask me to call you. Or, you can tell me in the e-mail what you want and how you would like to pay. I almost always respond to e-mails within 24 hours. If you have an active spam blocker in your e-mail program, please make sure my address is on the "safe" list. Please note: Never send credit card information in an e-mail.

Ordering by snail mail

Nice and easy if you like low-tech! Simply write me a note explaining what you would like. You may include payment with this note, but you may also wait until I have confirmed your order if you prefer. If you wish to use this method, you will find my mailing address at the very bottom of the page.
